if swashplate is level at midstick, and all other adjustemnets have been made to make it this far, will the endpoints have to be adjusted to have swashplate level also at top and bottom of range?

I have just joined the forum and see it appears your question has not been answered. The answer is yes. Use endpoints to level your swashplate at the top and bottom of travel on the main shaft. The adjustment will only be about 5%, so on a DX7 you will be between 95% and 105%. Split any adjustment left and right 50/50 with the aileron and pitch servos to maintain the position on the shaft. If you adjust only one you could end up raising the swashplate. It might be argued if you need to level for and aft with the elevator servo you should split it with the pitch and aileron but most think this is a bit anal. Once you have adjusted check you are not fouling the mainshaft collar and washout base. If you are you may have to adjust the links to the swashplate. Also check you are not fouling the antirotatation bracket at the top and bottom. The other thing you should ensure is you have not taken the servos beyond their max throw. This is unlikely if you have set these up when setting up the pitch. I think you should find you travel adjust max about 70%. Hope this helps.
