Can anyone suggest what the problem might be and how to fix this..... Rotor blades are not tracking properly when viewed from the side. I had a crash and replaced the main shaft, rotor blades and feathering shaft ?

You might want to check the mixing arm to inner swashplate linkage for a slight bend in one or both of them.
